Levi Paul
Senior Director
Levi is Senior Director of Projects and Escalation. An expert in planning, organization, and IT engineering, he makes sure your important projects get done on time and within budget, and steps in to assist with high-level issues. Prior to joining XO, Levi worked in retail management, which taught him to deal with customer issues calmly yet urgently, and to always put the customer first.
Nikhil Anand
Vice President
Nik is Vice President of Services Delivery. He oversees the tech support and engineering teams, ensuring all your support requests are promptly and efficiently routed, prioritized, and completed. Before joining XO, Nik spent 8+ years in IT services management for HP, ADP, and others. He is a Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) in Windows Server and Exchange.
